Communicate With You: We send important app updates and notifications to keep you informed about new features and changes, provide educational tips and reminders to support your ongoing financial learning journey, respond to your questions and support requests in a timely manner, and send promotional communications about new features or content (only with your consent).
Legal and Security: We use your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, protect against fraud and abuse to maintain a safe learning environment, enforce our Terms of Service to ensure fair use of our platform, and protect the rights and safety of all our users.

We rely on contract performance to provide Wealthii services you've requested, ensuring we can deliver the educational experience you signed up for. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide Wealthii services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Our data retention practices are designed to balance your privacy with our need to provide ongoing services and meet legal requirements.
Specifically, we retain account data until you delete your account, allowing you to maintain your profile and preferences as long as you use Wealthii. We retain learning progress data to maintain your educational journey and track your growth over time, ensuring you don't lose your achievements and progress. Log data is typically retained for 12 months to help us troubleshoot technical issues and improve app performance. Support communications are retained for 3 years to provide context for ongoing support needs and maintain service quality.

Your Rights and Choices
You have several rights regarding your information and we're committed to making it easy for you to exercise these rights.
Account Management: You can access and update your profile information at any time within the app, and delete your account and associated data whenever you choose to stop using Wealthii.
Communication Preferences: You have full control over how we communicate with you, including the ability to opt out of promotional emails while still receiving important service updates, manage push notification settings to control what alerts you receive, and control in-app communication preferences to customize your experience.
Device Permissions: You can modify app permissions through your device settings to control what information Wealthii can access, and control access to camera, microphone, or other device features based on your comfort level and privacy preferences.
Legal Rights (EU/UK/California residents): You have additional rights including the right to access personal data we hold about you, right to correct inaccurate information to ensure your data is up-to-date, right to delete your personal data when it's no longer needed, right to restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances, right to data portability to move your information to other services, and right to withdraw consent for processing based on consent.

Children's Privacy
Wealthii is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@tideturnerlearning.com.
Users between 13-18 should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian before using Wealthii.
