How do I delete my personal data?
When you delete your Wealthii account and erase your personal data, you will lose your learning progress, achievements, and all associated account information. Once completed, deletion cannot be undone. This deletion process can take up to 30 days to complete.
Important: Deleting your account will NOT cancel an existing Wealthii Pro subscription.

To delete your account:

Via email: Send a request to help@tideturnerlearning.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Confirmation required: After you submit a request, we'll send a confirmation email to your account's email address. You must click the "Delete my data" confirmation link in the email message to proceed with deletion.

Grace period: You'll have 7 days to cancel the deletion process via a link in the same confirmation email, in case you change your mind.

Completion: Once the deletion is completed, we'll send you a final email confirming that your account has been deleted and your personal data erased.

Will deleting my account cancel my Pro subscription?
No, if you subscribed to Wealthii Pro via the app, deleting your account will not stop subscription charges, as those are managed by Apple or Google. You must cancel your subscription renewal before proceeding with account deletion.
